Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every student to be completely comfortable before paying anything. That is why every course at Holy Quran Learning starts with a free trial. This page explains how trials, fees, cancellations and refunds work. If you have any question, please email info@holyquranlearning.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 676 8209.

1. Free 3-day trial

• Every new student gets 3 days of trial classes completely free.
• No payment and no card details are needed to book or take the trial.
• You can try the teacher, the class timing and the course before deciding.
• If you decide not to continue after the trial, you owe nothing and nothing more is needed.

2. Fees after the trial

If you choose to continue, fees are paid in advance for each month of classes. Your fee depends on the course, the number of classes per week and the class length, and is agreed with you before your first paid class. There are no hidden charges.

3. Cancelling your classes

• You can stop your classes at any time. There is no long-term contract.
• Please tell us before your next monthly payment is due, by email or WhatsApp, so you are not charged for the following month.
• Classes already paid for continue until the end of that month unless a refund is agreed under section 4.

4. Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a monthly payment. We will first try to put things right, for example by changing the teacher or timing.
• If you still wish to stop, we will refund the classes in that month that have not yet been taken.
• Classes already taken, and classes missed without notice, are not refundable.
• If we cancel a class and cannot offer a replacement, you will receive a make-up class or a refund for it.
• Approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method, normally within 7 to 14 working days. Any charges made by your bank or payment service for the transfer may be deducted.

5. Missed and rescheduled classes

• If you cannot attend, please tell your teacher at least 12 hours before the class and we will try to arrange a make-up class.
• Classes missed without notice are counted as taken.
• If a teacher misses a class, a make-up class is always arranged at a time that suits you.

6. How to ask for a cancellation or refund

Email info@holyquranlearning.com or send a WhatsApp message to +92 333 676 8209 with the student's name, the course and the payment date. We reply within 2 working days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change applies to payments made after the date shown at the top of this page.
