Noorani Qaida in English page 9 covers the end of the movements and the Tanween (Takhti 4 and 5). It is page 9 of 32 in the edition with English instructions of the Qaida, shown in high resolution so every dot and vowel sign is clear for online practice with your child.
This page contains the end of the movements and the Tanween. Takhti 4 introduces the three short vowels: Fatha (Zabar) gives an "a" sound, Kasra (Zer) gives an "i" sound and Damma (Pesh) gives a "u" sound. Every letter of the alphabet is practised with all three, so the student learns to read sounds instead of letter names. Takhti 5 teaches Tanween, the double vowel marks at the end of a word. Double Fatha reads "an", double Kasra reads "in" and double Damma reads "un", because Tanween always carries a hidden Noon Saakin sound.
